Once we detected the mold ,we got quotes from 3 different contractors.Full transparency - Pure Mold Masters was the most expensive. However, after weighing the convenience factor of not having my kitchen available for 7-10 days (other 2 contractors bids) and the potential damage factor from demo done by the other 2 bidders, the choice was clear.
