Water damage related mold removal in Irvine is usually not about a flood you can see. “Recently used Pure Mold Masters to remediate mold that developed from a roof leak. Shout out to Fitzhauer Construction for fixing the roof leak that started the issue. Once we detected the mold ,we got quotes from 3 different contractors.Full transparency - Pure Mold Masters was the most expensive. However, after weighing the convenience factor of not having my kitchen available for 7-10 days (other 2 contractors bids) and the potential damage factor from demo done by the other 2 bidders, the choice was clear. Pure Mold Masters non invasive process was the clear winner for us. The ability to go back to our home the same day with no damage to cabinets or countertops was worth the extra cost. Any water event that didn’t fully dry within 24 to 48 hours is worth a second look, whether it happened last week or last winter.
