Nothing gets treated until we’ve inspected the space and mapped out where the mold sits, how far it’s traveled, and the moisture source keeping it alive. Skip that last part and the wall gets treated, the leak behind it never gets fixed, and the same patch is back within a year. In Anaheim that moisture source is usually one of a few repeat offenders: a roof or stucco crack that finally gives way during the winter rains, an old galvanized pipe failing inside a wall, or an aging HVAC system adding humidity nobody’s tracking.
Once that source is handled, we run the patented VaPURE process. A dry fog fills the room and works into wall cavities, framing, ductwork, and the air itself, destroying the mold it contacts on surfaces and neutralizing airborne spores. A protective antimicrobial coating goes on afterward to keep new growth from taking hold. Because there’s usually no tear-out involved, your cabinets, floors, and countertops stay put, and you’re typically back home the same day.
