Application of Peracetic Acid (PAA) as Dry Fog

We fill the property with our patented dry fog, comprised of Peracetic Acid (PAA) is one of only eight antimicrobial actives the Environmental Protection Agency includes on their Safer Chemical Ingredients List, where it also labels PAA as “verified to be of low concern based on experimental and modeled data.” That validation sets it apart even among the other chemicals on the EPA’s list. It eradicates mold by chemically eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within, rendering it into inert nothingness.

The machine we use to apply the Peracetic Acid throughout the property condenses its molecular size. This means it can't condense on surfaces, but dwells in the air, dealing with the abundance of airborne mold. This is what gives the fog it's characteristic "dryness".
