Keep Your Home or Office Germ & Virus Free
Our patented dry fog technology was first developed for sanitizing and disinfecting hospitals. The process has been adapted to ensure the hospital-grade sterilant reaches every conceivable space in a building to eradicate mold. But it still very much eradicates germs and viruses, and our antimicrobial film keeps them at bay.

Step 01
Whole Building Bacteria and Virus Eradication
Our patented dry fog technology that destroys mold, is also extremely effective in the eradication of bacteria and viruses.
Eradication of bacteria, viruses
Application of Peracetic Acid (PAA) as Dry Fog
We fill the property with our patented dry fog, comprised of Peracetic Acid. PAA is one of only eight antimicrobial actives the Environmental Protection Agency includes on their Safer Chemical Ingredients List, where it also labels PAA as “verified to be of low concern based on experimental and modeled data.” That validation sets it apart even among the other chemicals on the EPA’s list. It eradicates bacteria and viruses by chemically eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within, rendering it into inert nothingness.

Sterilant permeates everywhere
Comprehensive Coverage
The machine we use to apply Peracetic Acid as a fog throughout a property or building, condenses its molecular size. This means it can't condense on surfaces, but dwells in the air, dealing with the abundance of airborne bacteria and viruses. This is what gives it its characteristic "dryness". We create positive air pressure until the Peracetic Acid fog is forced into every conceivable space in the property, permeating gaps, voids, soft furnishing and clothing.

Step 02
Whole Building Protection From Bacteria And Viruses
The second stage of the fogging process. The application of our antimicrobial layer, helps prevent bacteria and viruses returning.

Ongoing Protection
Covalent Bond
Our antimicrobial layer is sprayed onto all surfaces. Once it touches a surface, it forms a covalent bond. Essentially, this means it becomes one with the surface. It's invisible, imperceptible and completely safe once adhered.
Fogging: Stage 2 of 2
Inhospitable to pathogens
Attracts & Kills
The antimicrobial layer electrostatically attracts bacteria and viruses to it, eradicating them on contact. The organisms are punctured by carbon spikes which, simply put, form a microscopic bed of nails. This ensures any new bacteria or viruses that enter the building are eradicated mechanically before they can find a place to land and replicate.
