We’re accredited through NORMI, the National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors, and our VaPURE process is backed by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers research. Treatment starts with an antimicrobial sterilant released as a vapor that fills the space and reaches wall cavities, framing, ductwork, and the air itself, beyond the surfaces you can see. Mold on surfaces is destroyed, airborne spores are neutralized, and a protective coating goes on afterward to inhibit new growth.
That whole-space approach matters in a city where the marine layer rolls in most mornings from May through August, leaving homes with damp mornings and extra moisture load to shed. Because VaPURE treats the entire space instead of just the spot you can point to, there’s usually no demolition involved. Most homeowners are back in the house the same day, and a written lab report follows soon after. We don’t grade our own work; the lab does.
