Call us the moment you have confirmation, before materials start failing. That means an air test with elevated spores, an inspector’s concern before closing, or a renovation that opened a wall and found growth you didn’t know was there. Wait a few months and the scope of the job is different — now you’re adding drywall removal and framing repair to the bill before we’ve even touched the mould.
